Thank you for doing business with Trailer On-Demand LLC. All products ordered from our website are subject to the following terms and conditions: 

 

Order Processing.  Orders for in-stock products are typically shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.  Occasionally orders may take longer than 2-3 business days to process. We will contact you if there will be a significant delay in processing your order. 

 

Shipping Charge.  Shipping charges are calculated on a per item and/or category basis. For large orders, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

 

Shipment.  We ship via USPS, UPS, or similar common package delivery service using the service's standard shipment delivery. Shipping usually takes 3-5 days, but delays can occur. If you need your order expedited, please contact us at support@trailerondemand.com, and we will try to accommodate your time frame if we can do so (additional fees will apply).

 

​Domestic Delivery Only.  At this time, we ship only to locations in the United States and United States Territories. We do not ship internationally.

All products are shipped directly from our supplier or manufacturer and as such, we have limited control over exact shipping lead times and carriers. Trailer On-Demand LLC does not inventory any products.

 

​Damages. We are not responsible for any damages that occur to your order during shipping.  Please contact the carrier directly to make any claims for damages during shipping. 

Taxes and Charges. We are located in Wisconsin and we collect Wisconsin sales tax for orders shipped to customers in Wisconsin.  All other taxes or fees associated with an Order are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Return Policy.  We will issue a refund for unopened and unused products which are returned to us at your cost within thirty (30) days of our shipment of the product to you.  Please email us at support@trailerondemand.com to let us know that the return will be coming and the reason for the return.

 

Unless returned in conformance with this Return Policy, all sales are final. Refunds will be issued within 10 working days.
